Anant Sradeshmukh is working in the capacity of a CEO at Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune.He has had Over 25 years of experience holding Senior positions at renowned companies in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Non Banking Finance especially in Lease and Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance and Banking. Experience also extends to other areas such as General Management, Taxation, Accounts, Personnel Management, Industrial relations.

Ms. Saroj Badgujar
Deputy Manager
Saroj Badgujar is an environmentalist. For over a decade she has been working on development & planning issues such as in Natural Resource Management,Waste Management,Water supply and Sanitation. Her work includes research, educational and awareness campaigns, policy planning and analysis, project coordination, implementation and projections. Her prior exposure has been on various international projects initiated and funded by global organizations like World Bank,GTZ and USAID . She brings to Janwani her experience from field work of working with diverse groups cutting across gender, class and caste and liaisoning with different agencies in public and private sectors.

Mr Sunil Agarwal
Project Consultant
Sunil is working on creating Pune Vision 2030, anchors the City Structure core group and looks after PMC's annual budget analysis under Governance. Prior to joining Janwani he worked with different non-governmental organizations on rural development issues such as natural resource management in rural areas, self-help groups and micro financing, adult literacy and others. He has also worked as an independent consultant with GTZ on evaluation model for watershed projects and was working in the corporate sector. He was a visiting faculty at the Statistics Department of University of Pune.

Ms. Prajakta Panshikar
Project Consultant
Prajakta is a Project Consultant for Brand Pune Heritage Project at Janwani. Her training lies in the disciplines of Anthropology and Demography. Her work experience includes qualitative and quantitative investigation on diverse subjects like gender studies, women’s empowerment, community health, public health management systems and population ageing. Before Janwani, she has had experience working with diverse social and cultural groups, governmental and non-governmental organization as well as the corporate sector.

Madhura has Masters in Commerce from University of Pune. She is involved with accounts and administrative work at Janwani. She also actively participates in various events and activities of the organization.
